of tender is declared by the Government as a public holiday then
such date of inspection etc., will be postponed to the next
working day at the same time without any further communication.
Tender Forms are available on payment of Rs.100/-
(including S.T.) at the PIPDIC Head Office, Puducherry, Branch
Manager, PIPDIC Branch Office, Polagam, Karaikal and Assistant
Director, DIC, Yanam. EMD amount to participate in the open
auction has been revised in three slab and same may be remitted

E.M.D. i.e. 10% of the total offer value shall be paid by way of
D.D./pay order and enclosed with tender from and for open
auction EMD shall be paid before 1.00 P.M. on the day of
public auction. The highest bidders shall pay 10% of bid amount
on the same day before 5.00 P.M.
